Position Summary
Admin Support is the organizational backbone of Becoming Me. This role manages behind‑the‑scenes tasks that keep the community running smoothly, including documentation, communication, and member processing. Volunteers choose their own availability through Homebase and are contacted only during the times they select.
Key Responsibilities

Ticket & Form Processing — Review, organize, and respond to incoming member submissions. (This incudes Google Forms, Wix Forms.)

Documentation Management — Maintain spreadsheets, logs, checklists, and internal records.

Website & LMS Coordination — Assist with updating pages, resources, and training modules.

Onboarding Support — Help new volunteers complete training and access tools.

Communication Relay — Pass information between leadership and team members.

Light Moderation — Support moderators with low‑level tasks when needed.

Everything Else - Support around all roles inside Becoming Me

Position Summary
Community Moderators maintain the emotional and structural safety of Becoming Me. They enforce guidelines, monitor community spaces, and ensure conversations remain respectful and trauma‑informed. Moderators are contacted only during the availability they set in Homebase.

Community Support volunteers are the warm, welcoming presence of Becoming Me. They help members feel seen, supported, and connected. This role focuses on emotional presence—not rule enforcement—and volunteers are contacted only during the times they set in Homebase.
